TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (ERP Automation): Connecting with decision-makers at leading industrial companies and creating new opportunities in ERP automation with an accent on leveraging AI and data-driven strategies. Focus on understanding pain points of industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.

Location: Remote Austria

Salary: Uncapped commission and expected 6-figure package, and opportunity to participate in common share equity program

What you will do

  • Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
  • Take ownership of discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders to ensure a strong handover of qualified demo opportunities.
  • Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge and tracking industry trends.
  • Prioritise complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to push deals moving forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar
  • You are confident picking up the phone, following scripts and asking open-ended questions
  • Your attention to detail is shown by accurately tracking information in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • You’re a structured thinker & organised; it is a must to keep up with your day to day
  • You handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long sales cycles
  • You’re a team player with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions
