What you will do
- Manage and maintain core business systems including Shopify and Shopify POS.
- Handle user management and access control across company platforms.
- Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
- Configure promotions, promo codes, and price updates.
- Manage content for frontpages, landing pages, and other store assets.
- Support loyalty programs via Yotpo and customer service platforms like Gorgias, implementing AI tools and chatbots.
- Manage email marketing and automation tasks in Klaviyo.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a technical, content management, or similar digital role.
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken.
- Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and motivation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format in Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce terminology.
- Technical degree or additional technical education related to IT, software, or system administration.
