What you will do

• Manage and maintain core business systems including Shopify and Shopify POS.
• Handle user management and access control across company platforms.
• Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Configure promotions, promo codes, and price updates.
• Manage content for frontpages, landing pages, and other store assets.
• Support loyalty programs via Yotpo and customer service platforms like Gorgias, implementing AI tools and chatbots.
• Manage email marketing and automation tasks in Klaviyo.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a technical, content management, or similar digital role.
• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and motivation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce terminology.
• Technical degree or additional technical education related to IT, software, or system administration.
