Ecommerce & Retail Systems Coordinator (Ecommerce): Managing and maintaining core e-commerce systems including Shopify and Shopify POS for daily online and offline store operations with an accent on ensuring data accuracy, configuring promotions, and supporting loyalty programs. Focus on implementing AI tools for customer service platforms and updating email marketing automations.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days office / 2 days remote). Must provide services during Polish business hours.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain core business systems including Shopify and Shopify POS.
• Handle user management, access control, product data, pricing, and inventory.
• Configure promotions, manage content for frontpages and landing pages, and support loyalty programs (Yotpo).
• Manage customer service platforms (Gorgias) and implement AI tools/chatbots.
• Execute email marketing and automation tasks (Klaviyo).
• Ensure operational reliability and quickly adapt to new tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a technical, content management, or similar digital role.
• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and motivation to get things done.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce terminology.
• Technical degree or additional technical education related to IT, software, or system administration.
