What you will do

  • Drive new business by building, managing, and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Lead high-impact sales engagements from first contact to signed contract.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations, translating challenges into value propositions.
  • Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements with executive decision-makers.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers.
  • Maintain an active, structured pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-through.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to connect with decision-makers, understand business processes, and translate challenges into solutions.
  • High standards for performance and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and integrity.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Consultative, analytical approach to problem-solving.
