What you will do

• Collaborate within the development team by actively engaging in agile ceremonies, estimations, pair programming, design sessions, and code reviews.
• Build, maintain, and improve software solutions by enhancing existing codebases, troubleshooting incidents, and resolving software issues.
• Contribute to continuous learning and best practices by applying industry standards, sharing expertise, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Strong agile mindset with theoretical and practical knowledge of common Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up, or Scaled Agile.
• Full proficiency in English (good written and verbal communication skills) as it is the common language across the organization.
• Extended knowledge of development technologies including Scala, Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Comfortable working collaboratively using tools like GitHub, Jira, and Docker, and familiar with DevOps approach and secured development practices (OWASP top ten).
