Account Executive II (SaaS): Selling and expanding hirify.global’s data integrity software, data governance solutions, and location intelligence offerings with an accent on developing and executing business plans and building strong client relationships. Focus on understanding client businesses, defining innovative solutions, and prioritizing customer value throughout the lifecycle.
Location: hirify.global operates with a 'work from anywhere' culture. For this role, Singapore-based is preferred, but other ASEAN locations are considered for highly qualified candidates.

What you will do
- Learn and understand hirify.global products, services, and sales methodology.
- Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue within assigned territory.
- Build strong client relationships and expand into new accounts or buying centers.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Services teams to generate customer demand.
- Leverage internal resources and partners to extend your reach and impact within your territory.
- Prioritize customer value and experience throughout the customer lifecycle and manage territory forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).
- Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge and selling experience in the data and governance space.
- Approximately 25% travel is required.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- SaaS software sales experience.
- Experience selling into financial services, healthcare, or government industries.
- Successful selling history within a global company with a broad products/services portfolio.
- Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai proficiency an advantage.
