What you will do

• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation for streamlining internal operational workflows and improving program efficiency.
• Lead and execute end-to-end strategic workstreams, managing complex resources and timelines.
• Directly lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering high performance and continuous learning.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to build frameworks, define performance metrics, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to align operational processes with broader business strategies.
• Manage departmental headcount and resource planning to ensure cost-optimized growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations within high-growth, technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
• Strong track record of using technology and AI tools to drive production-level operational improvements.
• High proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets for extracting actionable insights.
• Ability to connect data, people, and processes to design scalable, long-term solutions.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with agility to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.
