What you will do
- Execute high-quality learning experiences by developing content with precision, attention to detail, and effective use of AI-powered tools.
- Design and develop engaging content using tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and others, integrating AI where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with peers and graphic designers to bring innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions to life.
- Ensure excellence in every deliverable by conducting thorough quality reviews and refining content based on feedback.
- Develop reusable and scalable learning solutions that accelerate project deliveries and meet evolving client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Content Creation.
- Experience using PowerPoint.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, asset generation, etc.) effectively while maintaining instructional integrity.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Instructional Design certification.
- Experience in end-to-end content development.
- Working knowledge of Articulate 360.
- Exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids).
