What you will do

• Execute high-quality learning experiences by developing content with precision, attention to detail, and effective use of AI-powered tools.
• Design and develop engaging content using tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and others, integrating AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with peers and graphic designers to bring innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions to life.
• Ensure excellence in every deliverable by conducting thorough quality reviews and refining content based on feedback.
• Develop reusable and scalable learning solutions that accelerate project deliveries and meet evolving client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Content Creation.
• Experience using PowerPoint.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, asset generation, etc.) effectively while maintaining instructional integrity.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Instructional Design certification.
• Experience in end-to-end content development.
• Working knowledge of Articulate 360.
• Exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids).
