hirify.global is seeking a motivated Graphic & Web Designer to enhance the visual identity of its product and marketing initiatives.

What you will do

• Design high-impact visuals for email campaigns, digital ads, banners, SMM posts, and landing pages.
• Ensure a consistent Apple-inspired visual style across all materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and web teams to align visuals with campaign goals and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in IT or marketing/creative agencies.
• English: B2 minimum, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proven ability to design clean, elegant visuals with an Apple-style minimal aesthetic.
• Solid understanding of designing sales-driving assets.
• Fluent Ukrainian is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects or similar motion design tools.
• Motion design experience for short animations or banners.
