What you will do

• Drive governance and compliance activities for AI/ML risk models.
• Manage AI/ML risk management processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Perform independent model validation and oversee model risk management policy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance Tech, Operations, business teams) on AI/ML risk.
• Identify heightened risks, controls, and value of AI/ML use cases.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of AI/ML use cases and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience building, testing, implementing, and validating models, preferably AI/ML models.
• Knowledge of SQL and Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop).
• Experience in designing and implementing new model risk management programs or processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles.

Nice to have

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand and validate models effectively.
• Experience with big data: extraction, processing, filtering, and presenting large data quantities via AWS technologies, SQL, and data pipelines.
• Master's degree.
