What you will do

• Guide peers and team members on infrastructure, cloud architecture, and design patterns.
• Promote an automation-first mindset while building hybrid cloud services and frameworks using infrastructure-as-code technologies.
• Lead and participate in the development of a multi-cloud strategy.
• Contribute to and support standards and best practices for design, engineering, and cost optimization across the infrastructure ecosystem.
• Establish technology architectures, standards, test plans, and design templates.
• Collaborate with security engineering to incorporate security into applications deployed on the cloud.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud offerings in AWS/Azure, particularly in areas such as networking, security, DevOps, and databases.
• Over 5 years of experience with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, Golang, JavaScript) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Availability for working on a hybrid mode from NJ, NY or Connecticut

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience in Hashicorp Secrets vault.
• Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework is a plus.
