What you will do
- Secure new logos with strategic accounts in the FSI vertical.
- Create and implement a focused, targeted logo acquisition strategy.
- Expand hirify.global use cases in existing and newly won accounts.
- Establish C-Level relationships with Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science roles.
- Build value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations and drive hirify.global usage.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer's business and identify important data use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience selling multi-million dollar complex software deals within the Enterprise segment.
- Selling experience to Enterprise FSI customers in Japan.
- Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, and ecosystem.
- Background selling usage-based SaaS solutions or Data, AI, ML technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales methodologies such as account planning, MEDDPICC, value selling, and Command of the Message.
- 5+ years of experience in hunting in greenfield space while consulting with existing accounts.
