What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture of complex, customized, multi-technology solutions.
• Drive improvements in solution quality, win rates, and ensure governance processes for high-value deals.
• Partner closely with sales leadership, providing expert solutioning guidance and support for complex sales cycles.
• Own the development of compelling proposals, statements of work, and input into customer contracts.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams and collaborate with various internal departments to shape viable solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to refine offerings and strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proven track record of supporting large, complex sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Strong background in solution strategy, designing and delivering complex, multi-domain solutions (networking, cloud, WAN, SDWAN, LAN, WiFi, security, contact centres, collaboration).
• Broad technical knowledge across Digital Infrastructure and Digital Workplace, including emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Ability to lead technical conversations with customers and stay current with technology trends and deployment methods.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
