TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York. Must be open to working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $100,000-134,000

What you will do

  • Lead a customer portfolio and identify revenue growth opportunities within agency and brand relationships.
  • Help launch emerging products and promote hirify.global's offerings to clients.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with major agency holding companies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage strategic and leadership relationships at agencies and brands.
  • Contribute to team best practices and develop sales strategy for the market.
  • Monitor pacing and sales activity using Salesforce and Looker.

Requirements

  • Possess 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong understanding of the programmatic market.
  • Hold a deep understanding of markets and customers to target needs and drive sales.
  • Experience developing sales strategies across a portfolio of customers.
  • Existing customer relationships across agencies and brands in the region.
  • Able to navigate internal relationships and work in partnership with other sellers.
  • Creative problem solver with organizational skills.
