What you will do
- Build and optimize multi-channel ABM and performance strategies in collaboration with agencies and country teams.
- Optimize hirify.global’s HubSpot setup, from workflows to reporting and segmentation.
- Develop and scale always-on ABM programs with country marketing leads, per segment, ICP, and country.
- Run structured growth experiments and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build reporting dashboards that track performance, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.
- You know ALL about HubSpot.
- You are experienced with paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) and know how to optimize campaigns based on data.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch or German is a plus.
