What you will do
- Conduct creative research for Meta campaigns across multiple regions.
- Test new ideas and hypotheses for maximizing results.
- Analyze campaign performance and flag key trends or anomalies.
- Track and manage the Meta source.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPA & ROAS results.
- Collaborate with team members on campaign execution and planning.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+.
- Familiarity with conversion campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing high advertising budgets.
- Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Rich Ads, Reddit, Quora, and X (formerly Twitter).
