• Seek opportunities for marketing growth through data, automation, and technical solutions.
• Create and improve MarTech tools from idea to launch.
• Support and develop A/B testing and tracking.
• Work with development, analytics, and User Acquisition teams.

Требования

• Experience with product or performance marketing (Product Manager, Web Analyst, Affiliate, User Acquisition).
• Growth hack mindset.
• Ability to close requests end-to-end, from problem definition to final solution implementation.
• Understanding of paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or affiliate models (CPI, CPA, RevShare).
• Ability to work with numbers and calculations (SQL / Tableau skills are a plus).
• Readiness to work in the office in Kyiv or Warsaw.
