What you will do

• Drive design vision, craft quality, and consistency across the product.
• Coach and mentor designers, providing hands-on guidance on UX fundamentals.
• Evaluate and evolve design processes, workflows, and tooling, integrating AI capabilities.
• Take responsibility for the design system from strategic vision to hands-on execution.
• Design, build, document, and maintain components, patterns, and guidelines for product teams.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure correct implementation of design tokens and components.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 2+ years experience coaching/managing UX designers.
• Experience building design systems, including hands-on work (component libraries, documentation, governance frameworks).
• Understanding of component architecture, design tokens, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including variables, component properties, and advanced prototyping.
• English: C1+ required for fluent and confident communication.
