Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (Cybersecurity): Leading the design, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale on-premises solutions for a cybersecurity client with an accent on secure, scalable, and high-performing deployments. Focus on technical advisory for customers, bridging R&D and Product Management, and ensuring compliance with security best practices.

Location: This position requires a minimum of 3 hours of daily overlap with our team in Japan. Work is possible remotely from Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, or from company offices in multiple locations across Europe, CIS, and APAC.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture design for on-premises deployments in enterprise environments.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and customer briefings.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, OSCP, CEH, or similar).
• Experience with endpoint detection & response (EDR), SIEM, or threat intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD processes for product deployment and upgrades.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
