What you will do

• Lead product initiatives and customer engagement, drive feature upgrades, and own the acquisition funnel.
• Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap to build an efficient product activation process.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from early ideas to full-scale fintech execution.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Core teams to ensure products meet local regulations and security standards.
• Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behavior, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
• Set and track KPIs to track progress and measure improvements.

Requirements

• UAE residence or ready for relocation
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking products. Experience with credit products is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
• Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English
