What you will do

• Drive the strategic design and evolution of backend platforms for AI-powered HR solutions.
• Apply modern engineering practices, from analyzing user needs to automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions.
• Build observability, monitor production health, and help resolve incidents.
• Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Share knowledge, contribute to hiring, and help shape a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in backend engineering with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in REST API and GraphQL schema design.
• Experience with NoSQL data modelling (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB) and data streaming (e.g., Confluent Kafka).
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, MSFT EntraID) and Azure Cloud Services.
• Collaborative communicator, able to adapt technical content for diverse audiences.
• Strong commitment to quality, maintainability, documentation, and continuous learning.
• English: B2 required.
• Academic degree is a must-have.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., Spring AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow).
