What you will do

  • Lead strategic work in Customer Identity & Access Management and drive global initiatives for business divisions.
  • Oversee the strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Next Generation Authentication Platform in the Americas.
  • Develop the end-to-end Customer IAM vision in alignment with the firm’s technical and security strategies.
  • Lead agile crews, empowering members, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Interact with clients and internal consumers to understand needs and assess market fit using data and analytics.
  • Manage businesses, engage sponsors, and resolve product/service escalations and prioritization issues.

Requirements

  • Product management experience delivering authentication platforms, ideally in Customer IAM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Application/Cloud Security concepts and the IT Security Domain, with experience in the financial industry.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Internet Facing Applications (Application Firewalls, DMZ, proxies).
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to build networks globally.
  • Good knowledge of global jurisdictional practices and financial regulator requirements.
  • English: B2 required
  • Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US
