• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from user needs analysis to automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions.
• Build observability, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate root causes.
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs.
• Share knowledge, assist with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree or equivalent focusing on wealth management business area.
• Ideally 8+ years of experience in a similar position focused on wealth or asset management within the finance sector.
• Deep understanding of core Java, J2EE, and React.
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reusing strategic platforms, and making long-term sustainable decisions.
• Strong communication skills, from presentations to technical writing.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
