What you will do

• Manage aspects of large-scale, highly complex initiatives, including analyzing, planning, and influencing timely execution with high satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage business leads, clients, and engineering teams across the globe.
• Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and quickly pivot to key priorities.
• Play an active role in the technical risk management portfolio and other highly visible bank-wide initiatives.
• Analyze, understand, simplify, and disseminate data from different sources, guiding engineers to successfully complete initiatives.
• Ensure applicable OKRs are managed effectively for transparency and timely completion.

Requirements

• Ideally 7+ years managing large technical initiatives as a Technical Program Manager or highly technical Business Analyst.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Jira, Gitlab, and interest in modern software technology and platforms.
• Firm knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and preferably skilled in Power BI.
• Good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Team player with the ability to work across time zones, proactive, individual contributor, influencer, and multi-task with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
