What you will do
- Define and execute the software development roadmap and strategy for lottery solutions.
- Provide technical vision and leadership for software designs and architectures, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing software development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Oversee and manage software development projects for efficient delivery on time and within budget.
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and security throughout the SDLC.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies like blockchain and AI to inform product development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software development, with 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles.
- Experience leading large global and remote teams.
- 7+ years of experience developing solutions for high-volume, regulated industries (e.g., lottery, gaming, banking, e-commerce).
- Deep technical knowledge of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps) and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Angular).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and database systems (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
