What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into AI/Machine Learning requirements.
• Explore, process, and analyze diverse healthcare data.
• Train, apply, and evaluate deep learning or LLM models, including Agentic AI.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and models into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience developing Machine Learning models with Python and libraries like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn, and Transformers.
• Solid knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Experience with providing maintainable and reusable code for Agentic AI and Machine Learning applications, including source control with Git, unit testing, and an understanding of CI/CD.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Poland without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Experience with solving real-world problems with LLMs and/or Agentic AI.
• Proficiency with processing large amounts of data using technologies such as PySpark.
• Demonstrated ability of working in interdisciplinary environments.
