Location: On-site in San Francisco, USA, requiring frequent in-person networking and interactions.

Salary: $90,000 base with OTE of $150,000–$165,000.

What you will do

  • Identify and target high-growth startups in the San Francisco area for hirify.global’s cash management platform.
  • Win new business in competitive sales against incumbents and newer players.
  • Organize and attend hirify.global-sponsored events to build community and onboard new business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota, focusing on net-new acquisitions.
  • Top-performer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling subscription-based software (SaaS) or financial services products.
  • Experience working with startups.
  • Comfortable with frequent face-to-face interactions for event-driven networking.
