What you will do

• Support product marketing communications by managing schedules, deadlines, contracts, and vendors.
• Track competitor tactics across web, social, and trade publications and provide monthly analytics for media planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, create POs, onboard new vendors, and coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice accuracy.
• Handle expense accruals, invoice coding/approval, and general administrative tasks including calendar management and travel.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure proper execution and tracking.
• Manage lottery trade publication data and analyze editorial/advertising performance.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with project management in a relevant field.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a focus on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
