TL;DR

Founding Account Executive (Fintech): Responsible for achieving new business and growing a current book of business in the Los Angeles startup market with an accent on building rapport and trust. Focus on organizing and attending hirify.global-sponsored events to build community and onboarding new business.

Location: Los Angeles

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 with an OTE of $150,000-165,000

What you will do

  • Attend in-person networking events to build relationships within the startup community.
  • Identify and target high-growth startups in the Los Angeles area for hirify.global’s cash management platform.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Advocate for client needs to inform hirify.global’s roadmap.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals.
  • Deliver product demos and answer technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota, focusing on net-new acquisitions.
  • Experience selling subscription-based software technologies (SaaS), other software products, and/or financial services products is preferred.
  • Experience working with startups is preferred.
  • Top-performer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Consummate team player.

  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture accelerators
