TL;DR

Sr Webcast Manager: Managing a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, and will be responsible for the scheduling, coordinating and delivering of corporate events via teleconference or the web with an accent on establishing best practice with clients for the optimal customer experience. Focus on the quality of the event is up to the client and hirify.global’s standards and provides frontline support across multiple events, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely matter and to the clients' satisfaction.

Location: Must work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

  • Liaise directly via phone and e-mail with corporate clients in account portfolio.
  • Gather event information from clients and schedule webcasts in the system following best practices.
  • Perform webcast configuration, testing and delivery.
  • Organize, prepares and uploads event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.).
  • Deliver as scheduled audio/video webcasts, as described in processes, ensuring that such events go smoothly.
  • Ensure the quality of the event is up to the client and hirify.global’s standards and provides frontline support across multiple events, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely matter and to the clients' satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Certificate in Information Technology Multimedia/ Communication Arts, or a similar discipline.
  • At least one (1) full year of experience in a similar role, or any client relationship management role.
  • Strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology savvy, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Willing to work within any US time zone.
