Location: This role requires working 5 days/week in-office in Salt Lake City, NYC, or San Francisco.

Salary: $7,000–$9,000/month for Salt Lake City; $9,000–$11,000/month for NYC and San Francisco.

• Source world-class technical talent across engineering roles using proven fundamentals and inventive strategies.
• Utilize Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter as primary tools, supplementing with competitive research and talent mapping.
• Partner with engineering leadership and recruiters to refine profiles and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines.
• Conduct thoughtful initial screens to assess talent quality and alignment, creating an exceptional early candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required, and comfort using Ashby.
• Ability to build strong talent pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing tactics.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with goals and metrics while maintaining high quality standards.
• Resourceful, detail-minded, and enjoys solving challenging searches.
