Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 Base Salary + Equity

What you will do

• Create complex designs for new product features for Enterprise customers.
• Work closely with product managers to influence the roadmap and drive business impact.
• Lead design and user experience for significant parts of the product and spearhead 0-1 initiatives.
• Become the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and goals.
• Partner with engineers to make designs come to life.
• Mentor and collaborate with design peers to raise the bar on everything we build.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing SaaS products for Enterprise customers (startup experience preferred).
• Ability to mentor and support other designers.
• Ability to establish and scale design best practices.
• Appreciate the holistic craft of product development.
• Strong POV and ability to discern good products from great.
