Onboarding Specialist: Managing client onboarding and providing consultative support for hirify.global products with an accent on building strong client relationships and understanding individual needs. Focus on project delivery, risk management, and identifying sales opportunities.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON, Canada. Must work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and provide consultative support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Educate and train clients on product features and industry best practices.
- Manage technical and program issues to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain knowledge of referral marketing, investor relations, and public relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/client service position.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience with an emphasis on technical capabilities.
- Proficient in English & French, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research skills, ability to learn new software quickly).
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
