What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve quota targets and drive sales productivity.
- Translate high-level sales strategy into clear, actionable objectives and monitor performance.
- Oversee sales activity and pipeline management, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Train team members on hirify.global’s value proposition for prospects and existing accounts.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive performance feedback.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent, addressing obstacles impacting team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or account development.
- 2+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams, with a proven track record of driving high performance.
- Strong, established network across the DACH region and deep understanding of the local market landscape.
- Must have legal right to work in Germany.
- English: B2 required.

- Previous experience within the PR/IR (Public Relations / Investor Relations) industries.
