What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, covering discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Lead an engineering team, focusing on people development, execution, and technical excellence.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
• Turn insights and data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Improve work processes, rituals, tooling, and collaboration methods.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in product or engineering leadership roles.
• Are data-driven and comfortable with metrics, able to prioritize effectively.
• Communicate clearly and work well with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Focus on solving the right problems and delivering impact.
• Build trust by giving and receiving feedback and helping others grow.
• Are comfortable in an environment with autonomy, ownership, and high expectations.
