What you will do

• Partner with senior influencer managers to run personalized outreach, handling early qualification and first connections.
• Research creators across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Independently lead selected influencer relationships, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and support strategy optimization.
• Collaborate with the team in the Vilnius office for alignment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or outreach.
• Experience with BDR-style outreach or creator communication.
• Strong interest in YouTube and multi-platform influencers.
• Understanding of creator dynamics and content collaboration basics.
• Good communication skills in English.
