What you will do
- Prospect for new sales leads for assigned business services, following the sales process from beginning to end.
- Develop compelling story narratives for clients and pitch press releases to top-tier media.
- Establish excellent working relationships with clients and strive to improve the business relationship and overall level of service.
- Monitor press coverage daily and report results to the team and clients.
- Support sales activities such as RFPs, proposal development, and delivery of presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in national, regional, or state sales with extensive prospecting required, preferably in the public relations/media/social monitoring/platform industry.
