What you will do

  • Build the editorial calendar, publish, and engage daily across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, Quora, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop and manage executive and employee advocacy programs.
  • Create and pitch story angles, bylines, quotes, and speaker submissions to journalists and event organizers.
  • Create case studies, attain customer reviews, and maintain media and analyst relationships.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners including webinars, sponsorship at events, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Manage marketplace listings and collateral.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing communications (organic social, PR/media relations, and partner marketing).
  • Fluent English with outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing company pages and communities on major social platforms.
  • Demonstrated success placing earned media (press, podcasts, industry blogs) and managing journalist relationships.
  • Experience planning and executing partner co-marketing activities.
  • Strong project management, editorial calendaring, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in GenAI and analytics.
  • Knowledge of CRM, SEO/GEO basics, and link-earning via PR/content.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CPaaS/communications, contact center, or adjacent enterprise software.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
