Senior Solution Engineer

What you will do

• Implement end-to-end projects (hardware / OS / DB / Solution) for modern analytical stacks with graph capabilities.
• Understand and document customer requirements at a detailed level (business and technical requirements).
• Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting, addressing elements of the customer environment.
• Engage and drive pre-sales processes, presenting hirify.global’s capabilities to each customer's needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
• Deep understanding of linux systems (administration, configuration and troubleshooting).
• Practical knowledge of network configuration in complex environments (linux based).
• Practical Scripting knowledge (python/bash).
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience in Analytics.
• Strong set of technical skills with deep knowledge of technical systems and software.
• Experience in using ETL tools.
• SQL language and data modeling experience.
• Strong presentation skills and strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels at the customer or partner.
• Flexibility and ability to travel.
• Self-driven and highly dependable.

Nice to have

• Advanced data analysis, data cleaning and data augmentation skills.
• Comfortable level working in a metric-driven environment, including reporting on and improving business performance against a set of monthly KPIs and metrics.
• Prior experience working on Graph Analytics.
