What you will do
- Build and manage a methodically qualified sales pipeline from start to close.
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Sell solutions in a consultative approach through understanding customer challenges.
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships within a dedicated account book.
- Learn and embrace hirify.global’s value selling sales strategy.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in full cycle sales campaigns with a success of hitting quota.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area.
- Demonstrate passion about being part of a team focused on helping customers solve needs in Security and IT.
- Be a strong and effective communicator.
- Be eager to learn and committed to getting 1% better every day.
- Must be detailed oriented and flexible.
