What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop prioritized roadmaps for Cloud Platform, Reliability, Observability, and Runtime solutions to drive measurable Availability and business outcomes across all development teams at hirify.global.
• Act as the product SME for hirify.global’s Cloud Platform organization, providing a product vision and strategy to be communicated clearly to executive leadership.
• Partner with technology and program teams to evangelize and gain broad adoption of Cloud Platform and Availability solutions across hirify.global.
• Develop frameworks and mechanisms to measure the impacts and outcomes of Cloud Platform solutions to executive leadership and technology teams.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• You have 10+ years of product management experience. Preferred: You have 4+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams to drive Availability or Reliability outcomes related to Cloud Platform, Infrastructure, Reliability & Observability Engineering.
• You have expertise in Platform Product Management, ideally focused on Developer Platforms or cloud/infrastructure.
• You have a strong technical background, with experience in enterprise-scale cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and high-level understanding of latest cloud technology trends.
• You have extensive expertise in leading product vision and strategy development, able to make technical decisions to drive measurable business outcomes.
• You have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels of an organization.
