What you will do

• Define the test strategy, approach, means, planning and quality level.
• Coordinate day-to-day testing activities, including prioritization, defect review, and vendor interaction.
• Track testing phases, user stories, and pre-release bugs using Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor automation test cycles and prepare release testing metrics for stakeholders.
• Mentor the testing team and distribute tasks effectively.
• Detect potential problems during new stories design and analysis.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address IT, telco, product, and business experts.
• Ability to abstract complex solutions and provide clear direction to involved teams.
• Balance QA activity across the team to reach an overall quality level.
• Willingness to dig into content and maintain a global view of the product.
• Excellent discipline in defining and consistently applying test strategy.
• Mastering of testing tools (Atlassian Zephyr, Jira, Postman) and a technical background.
