What you will do

• Review and optimize existing Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and BigQuery implementations.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights into site performance and user behaviour.
• Conduct funnel and event analyses to identify underperforming areas and strengthen tracking for accurate attribution.
• Collaborate with the client’s reporting team and external vendors to implement and validate tracking improvements.
• Contribute to expanding analytics to include mobile and on-site experiences, such as QR code scans and kiosk interactions.
• Support the creation of a unified analytics framework for a single view of the customer journey across online, mobile, and offline touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven technical proficiency and strategic mindset in Google Analytics and BigQuery configurations.
• Strong understanding of web and app analytics and cross-channel tracking.
• Ability to design scalable solutions for unified, privacy-conscious customer data.
• Experience with Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery.
• English: B2+ required.
