What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain automated tests, frameworks, and tools.
- Increase automation coverage by implementing automated test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to embed automation and quality practices into daily workflows.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
- Promote best practices in test automation and contribute to overall quality improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
- Previous experience of testing in product development organization.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework in addition to other test automation tools and frameworks such as .NET Test SDK, Selenium, SpecFlow, Jasmine, RestSharp, and JMeter.
- Hands-on experience in scripting languages like JavaScript and understanding of Git and Azure DevOps or other CI.
- Interest and motivation to work in agile software development.
- Fluent language skills in Finnish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare and welfare sector regulations.
- Strong willingness to deepen technical expertise in test automation.
