What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architecture, design, and strategic technical direction.
• Take end-to-end ownership of developing software products that improve schools across the Nordics.
• Mentor team members and share your expertise to elevate the entire team's capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field, or comparable extensive experience as a software developer.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Angular, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience with Visual Studio, Git, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Track record of owning the full development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical direction.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Background in system integrations and API design patterns.
• Deep interest in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or architectural transformations.
