What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests, frameworks, and tools to support scalable, reliable testing.
• Increase automation coverage by implementing automated test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to embed automation and quality practices into daily workflows.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Promote best practices in test automation and contribute to overall quality improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance, understanding different levels of testing.
• Previous experience of testing in a product development organization with appreciation for customer experience.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework in addition to other test automation tools such as .NET Test SDK, Selenium, SpecFlow, Jasmine, RestSharp, and JMeter.
• Hands-on experience in scripting languages like JavaScript and understanding of Git and Azure DevOps or other CI.
• Interest and motivation to work in agile software development.
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare and welfare sector regulations and their impact on software testing and compliance.
• Strong willingness to deepen technical expertise in test automation and continuously improve as a QA professional.
