What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain automated tests, frameworks, and tools for scalable and reliable testing.
- Increase automation coverage by implementing automated test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to embed automation and quality practices into daily workflows.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks for enhanced efficiency.
- Promote best practices in test automation and contribute to overall quality improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
- Previous experience with testing in product development organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and other test automation tools such as .NET Test SDK, Selenium, SpecFlow, Jasmine, RestSharp, and JMeter.
- Hands-on experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, and understanding of Git and Azure DevOps or other CI.
- Interest and motivation to work in agile software development.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.

- Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare and welfare sector regulations.
- Strong willingness to deepen technical expertise in test automation.
