What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests, frameworks, and tools for scalable and reliable testing.
• Increase automation coverage by implementing automated test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to embed automation and quality practices into daily workflows.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks for enhanced efficiency.
• Promote best practices in test automation and contribute to overall quality improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Previous experience with testing in product development organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and other test automation tools such as .NET Test SDK, Selenium, SpecFlow, Jasmine, RestSharp, and JMeter.
• Hands-on experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, and understanding of Git and Azure DevOps or other CI.
• Interest and motivation to work in agile software development.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

• Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare and welfare sector regulations.
