What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions for healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate with global teams and customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to build strong relationships and maintain a clear product vision.
• Identify and mitigate risks in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to enhance system integrity.
• Mentor and coach team members, guiding them in resolving complex technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems.
• Knowledge of cloud and containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns.
• Expertise in healthcare standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR to ensure interoperability and compliance.
• Working proficiency in Spanish.
• Solution-oriented, self-motivated, self-organized, independent, responsible, and a good team player.
