TL;DR

Field Account Executive (SaaS): Connecting directly with local businesses to transform their employee management, building lasting relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on strategically identifying business opportunities, conducting on-site visits, and influencing product based on client needs.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in the field from Mon-Fri in Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater, Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach, or Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Become a product and sales expert for the hirify.global platform.
  • Strategically find business opportunities and visit them on-site to generate pipeline.
  • Run the full sales cycle from start to finish, managing your own account pipeline.
  • Be the face of the company, known for outstanding customer service.
  • Influence the product in light of client demands and needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of field sales experience for a software company.
  • Strong record of quota attainment.
  • Strong social skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in the field from Monday-Friday is a must.
