What you will do

• Develop backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on microservices and API development.
• Contribute to front-end development using Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Perform code reviews and help establish and maintain best practices across the team.
• Automate key steps in the development pipeline and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical system specialists, business system teams, and third-party stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, SQL, GraphQL, and JUnit.
• Proven experience building scalable distributed applications deployed in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, including development and styling of custom reactive components.
• Solid understanding of modern web application architectures and front-end frameworks.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and interface specifications such as Swagger, OpenAPI.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains, including Helios and code scanning/security tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kafka, MySQL, NoSQL databases, caching technologies, and stored procedures.
• Experience working with or integrating legacy systems, including Mainframe and DB2.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Rust and/or Node.js.
